Summary of FireflyHQ Terms (In Plain English)*

FireflyHQ provides a Platform for you to create your own online Network. (By the way, you must be at least 18 years old to be a Network Creator, and at least 13 years old to be a User on a FireflyHQ Network.)
 
As a Network Creator, you own all of Your Network Content including Your Network Data.  You’re in charge of your Network and its Users. When you create your Network you choose a subdomain (example: http://subdomain.FireflyHQ.com). You’ll be responsible everything that goes on there. Your Network is yours. You can even make up your own rules for your Network (as long as they line up with ours).
 
FireflyHQ owns the Platform and all of the code that makes your Network run. Other than that we stay out of your business (unless you break our rules).
 
DO:
  • Be considerate and respectful of other Users
  • Keep your contact info up-to-date
  • Make sure your Network’s Users play nice
  • Protect the privacy of your Network’s Users
 
DON’T:
  • Don't do anything illegal, mean or sketchy
  • Don’t post stuff that isn’t yours or that you don’t have permission to use
  • Don’t tell anyone your password
  • Don’t try to monkey with our code
 
(By the way, if you do stuff you shouldn’t do we have the right to pull the plug.)
 
We reserve the right to modify our Platform (probably just to make it better). 
 
We may tweak these rules occasionally. If we do, we’ll post them on our website. 
 
We try to make everything run perfectly, but we don’t guarantee it.
Both you and we have the right to take down your Network, or any part of it, at any time.  But once it’s gone, the info can’t be retrieved.
 
We hope you love FireflyHQ, but if for some reason you want to part ways, we’ll probably refund you money (although we aren’t obligated to).
